Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Because each item is customized, we do not offer refunds.

We accept exchanges or store credit for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 days from the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email info@shopcreativecollection.com with your order number.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of deodorant marks, makeup, perfume scent, or pet hair
  • In original condition
  • If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be denied.

Due to Hygiene, Hats, Socks and Accessories will not be eligible for exchange. 


Return Label

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be sent by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.


Return Options

All eligible returns will receive store credit or a size exchange.

Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.


Defective or Incorrect Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a wrong size or defective item, we sincerely apologize.

Please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer you either:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit


Refunds

We do not issue refunds.

All eligible returns will receive store credit or an exchange only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.


Special Offers Policy

Special Offer Restrictions

Items purchased during special promotions (including but not limited to Buy One Get One, Buy One Get Two, bundle deals, or discounted drops) are final sale.

These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless there was an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).


Claims

After 15 days from the order date, no store credit, exchanges, replacements, or compensation will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to all claims including but not limited to:

  • Orders not received

  • Missing items

  • Items damaged upon arrival

We strongly recommend reviewing your order immediately upon delivery and contacting us promptly if there are any concerns.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel an order, here's how it works:

  • You may cancel any order that has not yet been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at info@shopcreativecollection.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed for fulfillment.

Once your order has shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it. You’ll need to follow our return or exchange policy (if eligible).
