Shipping policy

Processing Time: Please allow up to 48-72 hours to process your order. 

Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped USPS Ground Shipping and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays) So please expect your delivery within 5-7 day window.

Shipping prices are standard and based on order value and location. Once your item has shipped, you will receive USPS tracking information via email. Shipping fees are never refunded.

You are responsible for entering in the correct delivery address for your package.

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid packages becoming lost or stolen. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and or file a claim.

Delays can occur due to weather, holiday, or delays with USPS that we cannot control.

Once your package is marked as delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS), The Creative Collection is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend that you follow up directly with USPS for assistance in locating your package or filing a claim.
